Documents & Rider Eligibility
For international visitors, Indonesian road rules require proper motorcycle riding documents. To avoid problems during police checks, please be ready to carry:
- A valid home motorcycle driving license
- An International Driving Permit (IDP) covering motorcycle category
- Your passport (for identification if requested)
For Indonesian citizens, a valid KTP and SIM C (motorcycle license) are required.
The registered renter is responsible for the scooter throughout the rental period. Only approved riders should operate it. If someone else will also ride, please let us know before the rental starts.
A car-only license may not be accepted by police for motorcycle use. We do not provide legal advice — please check the current rules for your nationality before you ride.
We never keep your original passport. A photo or scan may be requested for rental verification purposes only.
Handover & Condition Check
We deliver within popular areas near Seminyak and Canggu. Always confirm your address on WhatsApp before booking — delivery is available depending on location and schedule.
At delivery, we inspect the scooter together before keys are handed over. We recommend a 360-degree photo or short video of the scooter at that point. Photos or video can be shared on WhatsApp so both sides have a clear record of condition.

- Existing marks or scratches — note these before signing off
- Fuel level (or battery level for the PCX Electric)

Fuel & Charging Rules
Petrol scooters — Yamaha NMAX, Honda PCX, Honda Scoopy
- Return with the agreed fuel level — this is confirmed at handover.
- Use fuel from official Pertamina stations where possible.
- Roadside bottle fuel (eceran) is a last resort and can affect the engine over time.
- Running out of fuel in a remote location is the rider’s responsibility.
Honda PCX Electric — charging rules
- Plan rides around the battery range — do not let it reach 0%.
- Use the provided charger only. Third-party chargers may damage the battery.
- Do not leave the charger unattended in unsafe or public places.
- Avoid riding through deep floodwater or submerged roads.
- Running out of charge due to poor planning may result in a recovery cost.
Monthly Maintenance
For monthly rentals, we may arrange routine maintenance checks to help keep the scooter in good condition. If a short service visit is needed, we will coordinate this with you on WhatsApp.
Please report any of the following immediately on WhatsApp:
- Unusual engine sounds or vibrations
- Warning lights on the dashboard
- Weak or spongy brakes
- Tyre pressure issues or visible tyre damage
- Battery or charging problems (PCX Electric)
Do not continue riding if the scooter feels unsafe. Do not arrange repairs independently — unauthorized repairs may not be reimbursed and may create extra liability.
Breakdown & Replacement
If the scooter develops a mechanical issue not caused by misuse, contact us on WhatsApp straight away. We will guide you through the next steps and arrange a mechanic or replacement when appropriate and available.
The following may not qualify as a standard mechanical breakdown or free replacement:
- Flat tyres or punctures from road conditions
- Damage from potholes, kerbs, or rough terrain
- Flood, water, or submersion damage
- Damage caused by accidents or crashes
- Damage from off-road, beach, or sand use
- Issues from misuse or unauthorized modifications
If something feels wrong, stop riding and message us first. Fast reporting helps prevent small issues from becoming expensive damage.
Accident, Damage & Theft
If you are involved in an accident:
- Safety first — stop, move to a safe place, check for injuries.
- Call emergency services if needed.
- Take photos or video of the scene and the scooter.
- Contact us on WhatsApp immediately.
- Do not negotiate with other parties or arrange repairs independently before contacting us.
The renter may be responsible for the following costs, depending on cause and any agreed protections:
- Damage to the scooter — scratches, dents, broken parts, cracked mirrors
- Lost or damaged key or remote
- Lost or damaged helmet or phone holder
- Theft (requires original key/remote and police report)
If the key or remote is lost, theft protection or damage waiver may be void or limited. Always keep the key safe and report any loss immediately.
Late Return, Extensions & Cancellation
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rentals, with longer-term options also available.
If you need to extend your rental, message us on WhatsApp before your current period ends. This lets us confirm availability and agree the extended rate in advance.
- Returns more than 3 hours late without prior notice may count as an extra day.
- Early returns are generally not refunded unless agreed in advance.
- Long-term discounts are based on the full committed period — early termination may be recalculated at a shorter-term rate.
- Cancellations and refunds depend on rental duration and how far in advance notice is given.
Exact late return and cancellation terms are confirmed at booking. When in doubt, message us early — we are flexible when you communicate in advance.
Traffic Fines & Police Checks
The rider is responsible for all traffic fines, parking penalties, towing fees, and police-issued violations during the rental period. Fines received after the return that relate to the rental period may still be charged to the renter.
Bali police may check helmets, vehicle documents, and riding permits. We provide the scooter documents needed for standard road checks. The rider is responsible for carrying personal riding documents.
Always on the road:
- Wear a helmet — no exceptions.
- Carry your home motorcycle license and IDP (for foreign riders).
- Do not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Do not use your phone while riding.
- Follow local traffic rules and speed limits.
Honda PCX Electric — Extra Rules
The Honda PCX Electric has specific requirements in addition to the standard rental rules above.
- Plan every ride around the battery range — do not start a journey you cannot complete on current charge.
- Keep battery above 10% where possible. Do not run it down to 0%.
- Use only the provided charger — third-party chargers may damage the battery.
- If a low-battery warning appears, find a safe place to charge before continuing.
- Do not ride through deep water, puddles, or flooded roads.
- Do not leave the charging cable or adaptor in unsafe public places — these are high-value items.
- Lost or damaged charger, cable, or battery misuse may result in extra charges.
